Located in the serene Kocaeli Akçaova area, just 25 minutes from Ağva and about 1.5 hours (100 km) from Istanbul, this expansive 16,600 square meter land is ideal for family farming and leisure. Divided into five plots of 3,500 square meters each, the project aims to provide families with the opportunity to cultivate fruit trees, vegetables, and more, while enjoying nature.
We are currently developing plans for road access, fencing, building infrastructure, and connecting water and electricity. Once completed, contracts will be set between families to clarify plot locations and terms.
We will offer transparent pricing for all materials used, including roads, fencing, water, electricity, wells, and landscaping, along with a 20% fee for implementation, monitoring, and follow-up.
To ensure the smooth operation of the farm, a caretaker will be permanently stationed to maintain the crops and provide security, with a shared monthly salary among the families. Payments for the land will be made upon approval, followed by installment payments as the development progresses. Special requests can also be accommodated.
